The Court having considered Judge Reese's Motion for Sanctions and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, the Commission's Request to Dismiss and Preliminary Response to Judge Reese's Motion for Sanctions and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities' Supplemental Request to Dismiss and Opposition to Judge Reese's Motion for Sanctions and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, Judge Reese's Reply in Support of Her Motion for Sanctions and Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, and the Verified Statement of Attorneys' Fees and Costs Incurred by the Honorable Mary C. Reese filed thereto, in the above-captioned case, it is this 16th day of November, 2018,
