Opinion

No. 05-11-00545-CV

Opinion issued May 31, 2011.

Original Proceeding from the 95th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DC-11-02034-D.

Before Justices BRIDGES, FITZGERALD, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator RBC Capital Markets, LLC has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and supplemental petition for writ of mandamus asking the Court to order the trial court judge to vacate the April 26, 2011 order denying relator's motion to stay and granting real party's motion for partial summary judgment. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52; Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus and supplemental petition for writ of mandamus.
