MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Maria Virginia Luna Ramos, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this court to direct the respondent to vacate his order of November 8, 2006, denying relator's motion to transfer the underlying suit, and to direct the respondent to transfer the underlying suit from Harris County to Bexar County.

The respondent is the Honorable Frank Rynd of the 309th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas.

The underlying suit is In the Interest of Damien T. Ermel, a child, No. 2001-45731 (309th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. We lift our stay of proceedings ordered November 28, 2006.
