MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See In re Coronado, 980 S.W.2d 691 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 1998, orig. proceeding); Eubanks v. Mullin, 909 S.W.2d 574 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 1995, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
