Before the Court is appellee's July 31, 2023 unopposed third motion for an extension of time to file her brief. Appellant explains in the motion that she has requested additional supplemental reporter's records for the October 18, 2022 Motion to Enter Hearing and the December 2, 2022 Motion for Enforcement Hearing. The October 18, 2022 reporter's record has been filed. It is volume six of eight that was filed on February 8, 2023. Because the reporter's record of the December 2, 2022 hearing remains to be filed, we GRANT the motion and extend the time to September 11, 2023.
We ORDER Official Court Reporter Robin Benton to file, on or before August 21, 2023 the reporter's record of the December 2, 2022 hearing.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Official Court Reporter Robin Benton and all parties.
