IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Anthony Punka, Attorney Registration No. 0023869, last known address in Norton, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of February 14, 2005, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before March 16, 2005.
