SUPPLEMENTAL PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 4 (ELECTRONIC SERVICE) (Requiring E-mail Addresses)
ON JOINT MOTION OF PLAINTIFFS' LIAISON COUNSEL AND DEFENDANTS' LIAISON COUNSEL IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all attorneys of record in this litigation on whom service of documents must be effectuated must, within ten days of the entry of this Order: 1) obtain an e-mail address and access to the Internet's World Wide Web (the "Web") if they do not already have an e-mail address and Web access, and 2) complete the Verilaw Questionnaire attached to Pretrial Order No. 4 issued in this litigation on November 21, 1000. All attorneys of record in this litigation must have an e-mail address and Web access to permit effective use of electronic service of documents, as described in Pretrial Order No. 4. Attorneys who enter an appearance in this litigation after the entry of this Order by transfer of their case, or otherwise, must obtain an e-mail address and Web access, and complete the Verilaw Questionnaire, within ten days of the entry of their appearance or docketing of their transferred case, whichever occurs earliest.
