On order of the Court, notice of the proposed amendment of Rule 3.501 of the Michigan Court Rules having been published for comment at 488 Mich 1415 (2010), and an opportunity provided for comment in writing and at a public hearing held May 11, 2011, the Court has declined to adopt either proposal and the file has been closed without further action. File No. 2008-18.
