ORDER

Relators Thomas S. Prentis and Lake Management Services, LP filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus. The Court requested a response to the Petition from Real Party in Interest Desi Sykes ("Real Party"), to be filed by September 22, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4. The Court served its notice on Real Party via email. Real Party did not file a response by the stated deadline.

On November 29, 2023, Real Party filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Writ of Mandamus, requesting an extension to file his response "on the basis of lack of notice." Real Party explains he was not aware the Petition for Mandamus was filed until November 28, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.5(b), 52.4.

Real Party's motion is granted. Real Party's response is due by December 22, 2023.

Real Party is ordered to file a notice in this Court with his updated and correct contact information for this matter within seven days of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
