Opinion

No. 05-07-00086-CV.

Opinion issued February 6, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 06-05524-E.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG Opinion by Justice Lang

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in granting a motion to transfer venue and denying relators other relief. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown the trial judge clearly abused his discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus and first supplement to prayer for relief.
