This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 288485, styled E.M. Gilmore, Jr. and R.J. Hayes, Individually, and D/B/A Alamo Bail Bonds v. Herbert Lawrence Polinard and Eddie Garcia, pending in the County Court at Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Irene Rios presiding. However, the Honorable David J. Rodriguez, presiding judge of the County Court at Law No. 3, Bexar County, Texas, signed the challenged order.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
