ORDER
This matter having been duly presented on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board regarding the reinstatement to the practice of law of Edan E. Pinkas, formerly of White Plains, New York, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2005, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, retroactive to May 7, 2021, by Order of this Court filed July 21, 2023;
And good cause appearing: It is ORDERED that Edan E. Pinkas be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
