ORDER FOR PILOT PROJECT
The Court having determined that it is desirable to authorize a pilot project for the Post Falls Police Department to test the feasibility of issuing electronic citations that do not conform to the requirements of Idaho Misdemeanor Rule 5 and Idaho Infraction Rule 5;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Post Falls Police Department is authorized from the date of this order until March 1, 2007, to issue electronic citations that do not conform to the requirements of Idaho Misdemeanor Rule 5 and Idaho Infraction Rule 5, and the courts are authorized to accept such citations.
