MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss as moot their petition for writ of mandamus, stating that the real party in interest has withdrawn the discovery subpoenas that are the subject of this original proceeding. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
