ORDER RE EPHEDRA CLAIMS IN MDL 1407
It has come to the court's attention that there may be plaintiffs in MDL 1407 who have alleged injuries relating to the ingestion of Ephedra.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all plaintiffs in MDL 1407 who allege such injuries inform the court in writing within 10 days of entry of this order.
