Before the Court is the Department's November 2, 2022 motion for extension of time to file its appellee's brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief be filed no later than November 22, 2022.
Because this is an appeal in a parental termination case with an accelerated disposition date, we caution that further extension motions will not be entertained. See Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2(a).
