MEMORANDUM ORDER
Before this Court at this point are nine ERISA actions against Pfizer, Inc. and certain of its directors and officers, arising from alleged misrepresentations concerning the drugs Celebrex and Bextra. The actions are: 04-cv-10071 and 05-cv-735, 1308, 1920, 2510, 2874, 5719, 5721, and 6327.
These actions are hereby consolidated pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 42(a), as will be any related actions hereafter filed. They shall be captioned In re Pfizer ERISA Litigation, 04-cv-10071. Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is designated as sole Interim Lead Counsel for the Plaintiffs.
