This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2000-CI-17293, styled Peveto Motor Company, Inc. v. Kenneth W. Smith and Bryan K. Smith v. John Peveto and Special Consumer Finance of Texas, Inc., pending in the 131st Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable John D. Gabriel, Jr. presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


The court has considered relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and emergency motion to stay trial court proceedings and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and emergency motion to stay trial court proceedings are denied.
