ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for extension of time for filing transcripts by Court Reporter Kim Williams (CER 8866) is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED to October 13, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, and appellant's counsel fails to move for a further extension of time to file the transcripts, this cause shall be remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against appointed counsel.
