Before the Court is relator's November 5, 2021 petition for writ of mandamus. The record in support of the petition contains unredacted sensitive information, including minors' names and birth dates, in violation of Rule 9.9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.

Accordingly, we STRIKE the record, and grant relator leave to re-file a compliant record on or before 10 a.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2021. We CAUTION relator that failure to re-file the record as permitted by this order may result in the dismissal of this cause without further notice.
