AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN MANDAMUS ORDER
Pending before the Court is Relator's motion for emergency relief. We grant the motion and order Respondents to take no action to finalize the ballot as it pertains to the El Paso County Commissioner-Precinct 3 race for the March 1, 2016 Democratic primary pending resolution of this original proceeding. The Court will make every effort to issue a decision prior to January 12, 2016 in order to avoid disruption of the election process.
