ORDER
This matter having been duly presented, it is ORDERED that Richard J. Pepsny of West Long Branch, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1993, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of a period of three months effective August 15, 2022, by Order of this Court filed July 14, 2022, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
