The clerk's record that has been filed in this appeal does not comply with the format requirement set out in the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals' "Order Directing the Form of the Appellate Record." See Tex. R. App. P. Apx. C. Specifically, the documents included in the record are not arranged in ascending chronological order by date of filing or occurrence. See id. 1.1(d). Accordingly, we STRIKE the August 23, 2023 record and ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file a corrected record no later than September 5, 2023.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
