ORDER APPROVING IN PART DEBTORS' REJECTION OF CERTAIN EXECUTORY CONTRACTS PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 365(a), FED. R. BANKR. P. 6006 AND L.B.R. 9013-1


This matter is before the Court upon the Debtors' Motion and Notice to Reject Certain Executory Contracts Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365(a), F.R.Bankr.P. 6006, and L.B.R. 9013-1 (the "Motion"). It appears to the Court from signature of counsel below that: notice was given in accordance with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and local rules; the only three timely objections have been resolved by separate orders; there were no other objections and no further notice required;

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Debtor's rejection of the executory contracts described in the Schedule attached to the Motion, except for the executory contracts with Deere, Credit, Inc., National City Leasing Corporation, and Transamerica Equipment Financial Services Corporation, is approved without objection as of April 30, 2002.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
