AGREED ORDER CONTINUING THE DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS BY THE U.S. TRUSTEE TO FIRST INTERIM APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FROM FEBRUARY 18, 2002 TO SEPTEMBER 24, 2002 BY JOHN T. BOYD COMPANY, TECHNICAL/FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS


As evidenced by the signatures below, it appears to the Court that counsel for the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee, John T. Boyd Company, and the U.S. Trustee have agreed to continue the deadline for the United States Trustee to object to the First Interim Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses from February 18, 2002 to September 24, 2002 by John T. Boyd Company, Technical/Financial Advisor for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. The new deadline for the United States Trustee is Monday, January 6, 2003. Notice of the entry of this order shall be served by the United States Trustee upon counsel for the Debtor in Possession, upon John T. Boyd Company, and the counsel for the Unsecured Creditors Committee.
