ORDER
The reporter's record in this accelerated appeal is overdue. By order dated June 28, 2017, we granted Court Reporter Antionette Reagor's request to extend time to file the reporter's record and ordered the reporter's record to be filed by July 14, 2017. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed nor has Ms. Reagor corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.
Accordingly, we ORDER Court Reporter Antionette Reagor to file the reporter's record within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We expressly CAUTION Antionette Reagor that failure to comply with this order may result in an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.
