MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court judge to sign an order dismissing the real party in interests' claims. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8. Having reviewed the petition and the response, the Court denies the petition for writ of mandamus.
