Relator, Jonathan Emerson Osteen, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging two separate orders signed by the trial court on September 16, 2019 respectively denying relator's motions to compel independent medical examinations of real parties in interest. The Court requests that real parties in interest file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus by no later than December 20, 2019.
