IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that the revision to the Official Note to Pa. R.C.P.M.D.J. No. 1201 be, and hereby is, approved in the attached form, and Pa. R.C.P.M.D.J. No. 1202 be, and hereby is, amended in the attached form.

This ORDER shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(b), and shall be effective immediately.
