IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that:

(1) Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure 102, 2116, and 2119 are amended; and
(2) the Official Notes to Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure 341, 902, 1112, and 1115 are revised,

in the attached form. This ORDER shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(b), and shall be effective July 1, 2014. Additions to the rule are shown in bold and are underlined. Deletions from the rule are shown in bold and in brackets.
