ORDER
AND NOW, this 8th day of August, 2006, Rules 1910.11, 1910.12, 1915.4-2, 1920.55-2, 1920.55-3 and 1930.4 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are amended as attached hereto.
This order shall be processed in accordance with Pa. R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective immediately.
