ORDER

PER CURIAM

In order to protect the identity of the minor, appellant is ordered to identify the parents or other family members of the minor only by alias in all papers submitted to the court. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.8(b). Accordingly, appellant's brief is STRICKEN.

Appellant is ordered to file a brief that complies with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.8 on or before July 8, 2024.

If appellant files another brief that does not comply with Rule 9.8, the court may strike the brief, prohibit appellant from filing another, and proceed as if appellant had failed to file a brief. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8(a), where an appellant has failed to file a brief, we may dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. If appellant fails to timely file a brief in accordance with Rule 9.8, the appeal will be subject to dismissal without further notice for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b).
