DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2018. Motion by the appellants Cardinal Health, Inc., Kinray, LLC, McKesson Corp., PSS World Medical, Inc., AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, Bellco Drug Corp., and American Medical Distributors, Inc., to lift the stay imposed "due to the bankruptcy filing of one of the appellants" and to calendar the appeals for oral argument.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
