DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Emmanuel Onuaguluchi for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Onuaguluchi was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 1993. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 24, 2006, Mr. Onuaguluchi was disbarred based on six charges of professional misconduct. This Court denied Mr. Onuaguluchi's first three motions for reinstatement by decisions and orders on motion dated June 15, 2016, January 4, 2018, and December 23, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Emmanuel Onuaguluchi does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
