IN THE INTEREST OF I.A.B. AND G.N.B., MINOR CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-56047-2014

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's July 5, 2016 motion to extend time to file appellant's brief. In the motion, appellant states her brief was originally due on July 5, 2016 and requests the Court to extend the time to file her brief until August 4, 2017. Because this is an accelerated appeal, appellant's brief was originally due on June 26, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6 (appellant must file brief within twenty days after the later of date clerk's or reporter's record was filed in an accelerated case). By order dated July 5, 2017, we notified appellant her brief was overdue and ordered her to file a brief and an extension motion within ten days of the date of the order. Appellant then filed this extension motion requesting an additional thirty days in which to file her brief. Appellant's motion is GRANTED to the extent that appellant shall file her brief by July 25, 2017.
