IN RE NDEM BURABARI ODUU, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS WRIT OF PROHIBITION
311th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2016-00572

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 18, 2017, relator Ndem Burabari Oduu filed a petition for writ of mandamus and petition for writ of prohibition in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West Supp. 2017); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. Relator complains of the March 23, 2016 temporary orders signed by the Honorable Alicia Franklin York, presiding judge of the 311th District Court of Harris County.

Relator has not established that he is entitled to a writ of mandamus or a writ of prohibition. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus and writ of prohibition.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Boyce, Jamison, and Brown.
