MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators have filed (1) a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Mary K. (Katie) Kennedy's April 7, 2003 order granting the real party in interest's motion to compel discovery and (2) an emergency motion for temporary relief.
The Honorable Mary K. (Katie) Kennedy, former judge of the 164th District Court of Harris County, Texas, sitting as visiting judge of the 334th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Breakwater Partners, L.P., v. Hackett, No. 2003-10161 (334th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).
We deny both the petition for writ of mandamus and the emergency motion for temporary relief.
