ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Appelleees Uniform Color Company Uniform Color de Mexico S. A. de C.V.'s Motion to Withdraw Reference (No. 1). Appellees subsequently filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Document (No. 2), stating that the underlying adversary proceeding had been settled and withdrawing the previous Motion to Withdraw Reference (No. 1). As a result, the Motion to Withdraw Reference (No. 1) is MOOT.
