IN THE INTEREST OF N.L.S ET AL

From the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022PA00687 Honorable Raul Perales, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On March 20, 2023, L.I.H., appellant, filed a notice of appeal stating her intent to appeal from an order terminating her parental rights rendered on or about December 7, 2021. The clerk's record, filed on March 27, 2023, does not contain such an order. However, according to L.I.H.'s docketing statement, an order was signed on March 31, 2023. Generally, "an appeal may be prosecuted only from a final judgment." N.E. Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Aldridge, 400 S.W.2d 893, 895 (Tex. 1966). Because no final order has been filed with the clerk of this court, appellant is ORDERED to show cause in writing on or before April 24, 2023 why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Alternatively, L.I.H. is ORDERED to cause a supplemental clerk's record containing the signed order mentioned in her docketing statement to be filed with the clerk of this court on or before April 24, 2023.

It is so ORDERED.
