Opinion

No. 05-08-00010-CV

Opinion issued January 9, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 44th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 05-10491-B.

Before Justices, WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator contends the trial court erred in admitting exhibits into evidence and requests that we remand his case for a new trial. Relator's petition is deficient and he has not shown that he is entitled to the relief requested nor has he shown that he does not have an adequate remedy at law. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
