STIPULATION TO CONTINUE SCHEDULING CONFERENCE and ORDER

COMES NOW the parties in the above captioned matter, Debtor/Defendant EDUARDO R. NIEVES through his counsel, THE VANDEVELD LAW OFFICES, P.C., by Curtis C. Van de veld, Esq., and Plaintiff CATHERINE L. G. NIEVES through her counsel, Cynthia V. Ecube, Esq., to stipulate and agree that the Scheduling Conference scheduled to be heard before this honorable court on April 03. 2003 at 3:00 p.m., be vacated and continued to a date to he selected by the court.

The parties make the aforegoing request for the reason that negotiations are expected to be reached within seven days.

SO STIPUATED:

ORDER

IT IS SO ORDERED that the Scheduling Conference scheduled to be heard or April 3, 2003 at 3:00 p.m., is hereby rescheduled to April 16, 2003, at 2:30 p.m.
