MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators, Honorable Keith Nielson, County Chair, and the Harris County Republican Party, filed a petition for writ of mandamus under Section 273.061 of the Texas Election Code, challenging the authority of the Harris County Clerk, the Honorable Chris Hollins, to remove two alternate presiding judges without concurrence of the county chair.
We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
