DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Nicholas Nicosia for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Nicosia was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 28, 2005. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 21, 2017, Nicosia was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, commencing July 21, 2017 (see Matter of Nicosia, 152 A.D.3d 46).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Nicholas Nicosia does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
