ORDER
Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
On the Court's own motion, this matter is REMANDED to the Livingston County Probate Court for the appointment of an attorney to represent respondent-appellant Tyler J. Newland for purposes of his appeal from the January 24, 2022 guardianship order entered by the Washtenaw County Probate Court. A copy of the order appointing counsel shall be promptly furnished to the Michigan Court of Appeals after entry.
