This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 312,677, styled John Kelley v. North East Independent School District, pending in the County Court at Law No. 7, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Monica E. Guerrero presiding. However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable Irene Rios, presiding judge of County Court at Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
