PER CURIAM
On May 3, 2023, this court issued an opinion affirming the trial court's summary judgment in favor of appellees and reversing and remanding that portion of the award on attorney's fees and expenses, and costs of court that orders an accrued interest rate of eighteen percent. On July 3, 2023, appellant filed a Motion for En Banc Reconsideration. After considering the arguments made by appellant, the motion is DENIED.
