ORDER
CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE.
The reporter's record in this parental termination appeal was filed March 27, 2023, triggering the deadline for the filing of appellant's brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a). However, the record did not include the exhibits admitted at the placement hearing, and on April 12, appellant filed a request for a supplemental reporter's record.
Because the appellate record is incomplete, appellant's brief is not yet due. Accordingly, we REMOVE the brief deadline.
To ensure the timely disposition of the appeal, we ORDER Martha Grant, Official Court Reporter for the 304th Judicial District Court, to file the supplemental reporter's record no later than May 1, 2023. Appellant's brief shall be filed within twenty days of the filing of the supplemental record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Andrea Martin Lane, Presiding Judge of the 304th Judicial District Court; Ms. Grant; and, the parties.
