MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Michael Anthony Moore, filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking an order directing Judge John M. Delaney to rule on his "motion for post-conviction forensic DNA testing." We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.

According to relator's petition, the underlying lawsuit is styled State v. Michael Anthony Moore, No. 17,957-272, pending in the 272nd Judicial District Court of Brazos County, Texas.

Relator has not provided this Court with any record of the underlying proceedings or the "motion for post-conviction forensic DNA testing."
