ORDER (1) GRANTING DEBTOR JOHN MOORE'S CROSS-MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (DOC. 71), (2) DENYING CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (DOC. 69), AND (3) OVERRULING THE OBJECTION TO THE DEBTORS' AMENDED EXEMPTIONS (DOC. 80)

In accordance with the concurrently filed Decision Granting Debtor John Moore's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Denying Chapter 7 Trustee's Motion for Summary Judgment, the Trustee's Motion for Summary Judgment Re Objection of Trustee to Exemption of Self-Directed IRA (doc. 69) is denied and the Debtors' Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 71) is granted. Based upon the foregoing, the Chapter 7 Trustee's Objection of Trustee to Amended Exemptions Relating to Accuplan Self-Directed IRA (doc. 80) is overruled.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
