Before the Court is the July 21, 2023 request of Official Court Reporter Melva Key for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. In her request, Ms. Key states she received notice from this Court on July 19 informing her of a seven-day turnaround for the record. That is inaccurate. This Court sent Ms. Key an "Information Sheet by Court Reporters" for her to complete and return to the Court within seven days. The reporter's record is currently due on August 7, 2023. We GRANT Ms. Key's request and extend the deadline to September 6, 2023.
